Try to accept challenges eagerly and always do your best. You may not always be successful, but you will always know you can be proud of yourself. Sleep well tonight so tomorrow you can be raring to go.

Lesson: Phones in Schools
Smartphones are ubiquitous in society: Everybody has one. The use of smartphones in schools ultimately comes down to how they are used and regulated by the school and its staff. We can ban technology, but at what cost? Once the cat is out of the bag, you cannot put it back in. Instead of banning smartphones, perhaps we should be teaching children how to use them effectively.

Old wives' tales
Like it or love it, every culture has old wives’ tales. The term is not meant to be derogatory; it’s the truth. Since time immemorial, women have been the keepers of knowledge and wisdom and passed that down to the next generation of women. Life is what it is, and the truth is what it is. Humanity has survived as long as it has, in no small part due to old wives’ tales.
Old wives' tales: superstition or folklore used to explain why something happens or to advise on how to prevent certain things from happening.
